Can I place a custom order ?
We really like making custom bangles because it adds a personal touch that some of our customers are looking for. In a first step choose the bracelet you want from those available then add the charm / pendant of your choice from the category customization
Where are we located ?
We are based in the Basque Country. We make the bracelets for you from our workshop before you ship them :)
Do you have a physical shop ?
Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores or points of sale yet. It is very easy and safe to order our products online! Let us know if you need help by contacting us via info@1point9.com
What are the delivery times ?
Once your order has been prepared, delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen: In France: - Letter followed: 48h to 72h - Colissimo: 24h to 48h Internationally: We use FedEx International Priority Shipping, which has a deadline delivery time between one and five business days.
